Every order takes the same walk
A shopper lands on a product page, adds something to the cart, checks out, gets an email, waits for a parcel and sometimes sends it back. Each of those stops is a page or a message somebody has to write and set up. When one is missing or vague, the questions land in your inbox: does it come in blue, when will it ship, can I swap the size. The drawing beside the headline shows that walk for a typical small shop, and we plan every store around it.
What we do
Store setup
A small online shop on a hosted shop builder or a shop plugin, with products, payments, shipping rates and test orders done.
Product pages
Photos, options, descriptions and collection pages that answer a buyer's questions before they email you.
Shipping and returns pages
Clear policy pages, order emails and delay notices, written from the rules you decide.
Shops we set up
Our work suits businesses that sell physical products in small runs and pack the orders themselves or with a small team. A few examples:
- Makers: candles, ceramics, soap, jewelry
- Apparel: small labels with sizes and colors
- Prints: posters, cards and made-to-order art
- Food gifts: sauces, spices, baked and pantry goods
- Local shops: adding pickup, delivery or shipping
If you sell digital downloads, subscriptions or services, ask anyway. Some of the same pages apply, and we'll tell you plainly if another kind of studio would suit you better.
Which shop platform
We work with the common kinds: a hosted shop builder where the platform runs the servers, a shop plugin added to a general website system, and buy buttons added to a site you already have. We don't push one. The choice depends on how many products you carry, how many options they have, how you ship, what you can spend each month on fees and apps, and who will update the shop once we hand it over. Your quote names the option we suggest and why.
What finished shops look like

Before you write to us
A rough picture is enough to start. These details help us quote without a long exchange of emails:
- What you sell and roughly how many products, counting each size or color as its own item if stock differs
- The platform you use now, if any, and who will run the shop day to day
- Where you ship: your own state only, the whole country, or abroad, and whether you offer local pickup
- Your return window and what you accept back, even if it's only a rough idea
- Product photos you have, or a note that you still need them
- Any date that matters, such as a holiday season, a market, a launch or a move off another platform

Common questions
Do you take a share of my sales?
No. You pay for the project as quoted. Your shop platform and payment processor charge their own fees, and we point those out before you choose a platform.
Can you add a shop to the website I already have?
Often, yes. A small range can live on your current site with buy buttons or a shop plugin. A larger range usually works better as its own store on a subdomain or a new platform, and the quote explains which fits.
Will you write my shipping and returns policies?
We write and lay out the pages from rules you decide, such as your return window and shipping zones, in plain words a shopper can follow. For the legal side, a lawyer should read them.
Are the drawings and photos on this site real shops?
No. The order path drawings are concepts made for this site, and the photos are labeled AI-generated samples. We don't show client work without permission.
